About This Spot

At the heart of Providencia, tucked along Av. Italia, Pizzeria Alleria gently hums with the kind of warmth that invites you to slow down and savor a little moment of calm. Whether you find a spot inside where the comforting clatter of the pizza oven meets soft conversation, or settle outdoors beneath the open sky, the pace here feels unhurried—like a shared breath between bites, where the simple joy of good food and company takes center stage.

The space carries a relaxed, authentic vibe, where the scent of fresh dough and bubbling mozzarella fills the air, hinting at the care behind every dish. Watching the pizzas emerge from the oven, golden and inviting, feels almost like witnessing a small ritual—each pie a personal story, with toppings arranged as an artful balance of flavors. It’s the kind of place where you’re as likely to strike up a warm chat with the person making your pizza as you are to enjoy the food itself.

There’s a tangible connection here, not just in the food but in the way the staff move through the space: attentive and easygoing, making the experience feel less like service and more like welcoming a friend into your evening. The atmosphere is infused with a sense of genuine care—from the delightful bites that arrive at the table to the quiet smiles exchanged around it.

Stopping by Pizzeria Alleria is an invitation to savor more than just a meal. It’s about sharing moments—whether it’s the sharp brightness of a sparkling drink alongside a spicy slice, the indulgent sweetness of dessert that lingers long after the last forkful, or simply settling into an easy rhythm that lets you feel a little more at home in the city’s pulse.

We came on a Thursday around noon and waited 5 minutes to sit inside. There’s tons of indoor and outdoor sitting but we opted to sit inside so we could watch pizza get made. We got the Diavola Pizza - it comes with olives, spicy pepperonis, and a little bit of basil. Very delicious and perfect amount to split among 2 people (me and my friend Sydney). Service and staff were so friendly. Everyone who works there had a genuine smile on their face, and you could tell they all loved working there. The limoncello shots were a great way to end our meal :)

One of the best pizza I ever had. The dough is superb and the choices are exquisite. The service is impeccable and communication between staff is remarkable

Wow! This pizza restaurant is worth the hype. Truly fantastic quality. The only problem is that seating is only outside and there aren't a lot of tables, so sometimes there can be a line to wait. With that said, it's worth the wait . Very friendly service too. Highly recommend!

Hands down, the best pizza in Santiago. Ingredients are fresh and of excellent quality, service is awesome, and the atmosphere is warm and cool. It is even better that the owner makes the pizzas and chats with the patrons!! Try: the arancini di riso are delicious and as good as in Italy! ; the Margherita with Mozzarella di buffala is amazing and abundant (unlike other places where you’re lucky to have cheese in your pizza); the Calzone is HUGE and delicious.

Best pizza in Santiago. The arancini and Bruscheta were amazing! All pizza where incredible and the tiramisu was also fantastic. Very highly recommended.

The food is the best quality and cooked to perfection, however, the atmosphere of the place is terrible. The quality of the furniture and the decorations are very ugly and the loud corny music is the worst. They also don’t sell alcohol. It could be a really great place but the bad taste from the owners makes it a mediocre experience. Such a shame!

It was great! The Primavera was my favorite, nice chewy dough and flavorful array of toppings.

Really true Italian pizza (said by an Italian). Long queue of almost 1h to certify quality of the food. Ask to do take away and for the delay in the delivery they offered a tiramisu (also very good taste!). Highly recommended!
